its inception in 2003. The owner was introduced to the industry and initially trained by a friend before venturing out and starting his own business.

Business Owner

Scott is a lifelong resident of the Chicago suburbs, having been born in Chicago and living in the suburbs for several decades now. He was always into fixing things, from his radios and bikes when he was a teen to varying items and equipment in his future jobs, that it was almost destined that he would fix something for a living. He worked with his father in the family printing business for 20 years, learning about customer service, business ethics, paying attention to detail and pride in a job well done along the way, even when the industry forced them to close their doors. Scott moved on to a corporate restaurant service path for many years before job dissatisfaction and a family loss inspired him to accept a friends invitation to finally learn about refrigerator repair. Scott took to it like a duck to water and he has been servicing refrigerators in the Chicagoland area since 2003.
