History

Established in 2007.

We are a family owned and operated appliance repair business.  We service most major appliances and brands in customers homes.  We focus on the Napa Valley and sometime venture out to the neighboring counties.  We pride ourselves in our Mom & Pop business.  We give personal attention to our customers.  We have technical training from Los Medanos College and we are constantly taking courses to update us on new products.  We have a background in engineering so we not only have the appliance background but also the understanding of the electrical circuitry of the appliances.  We do warranty work for Bosch, Thermador, Gaggenau, Bertazzoni and Danby but we service almost all other brands out of warranty.

John 'n' Amber F.

Business Owner

John has a background in engineering and has taken other courses many years ago on refrigeration, laundry and dishwasher appliances.  Since attending his first appliances courses he has gained 7 years in the field experience working on most appliance brands and types and has become an authorized servicer for a few premium brand appliance brands as well.  Because of his engineering background John understands not just the appliance but the electrical circuitry behind it which allows him to more comprehensively understand the machines and make better diagnostic decisions.  He also attends regular training workshops on new products and repair techniques.  In 2011 John's wife Amber began working for the company in a more significant capacity answering the phones, doing the book-keeping, appliance part ordering and being the customer interface between the technician and the appliance owners since business began to pickup.  She has many years of managing and customer service behind her belt.
