History

Established in 1995.

We have been in business for 18 years and have been highly successful in serving the community. We try our best to go beyond the call of duty and historically we have "very good" to "excellent" ratings (for example, Google, SuperMedia, Yahoo, Yellow Pages, and local media). On November 26, 2012, we received a congratulatory letter from the president of one of America's largest vacuum manufacturers stating that during the past 4 years they have received only highly positive reviews of Acton Vacuum and not one single customer complaint. However, this is not the case on Yelp. Positive reviews by customers posted on Yelp have been removed after a short period of time. Our own customers have pointed this out and have asked us if Yelp is biased or censors reviews. Of course, we have no answer but  would like Yelp to maintain a balance of reviews. We continue to strive to satisfy everyone who walks in the door and plan to be in business another 18 years hopefully with the help of Yelp!p
