Appliance related maintenance issues like exterior dryer vents , interior range door cleaning, refrigerator coil cleaning are all issues we can help with.   We work on all major brands of appliances Frigidaire, Maytag, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel, Bosch, Whirlpool, Subzero, Kenmore, G.E, Thermador, KitchenAid, just to name a few. Please check pricing information on your brand of appliance, $69.00 diagnose fee is always the same!"
 Brands we do not work on are Viking, Blomberg, miele, American Range and L.G. We also do not work on Samsung refrigeration.

This company was founded on the principle that great customer service should be the primary goal. We look for ways to better serve our customers at each and every service call we do.
 
Advanced Appliance Solutions is a family owned business that has been working in the appliance industry for over 14yrs. After many years of working for large appliance retailers we had noticed that customer service was no longer the number one goal. A growing company is a good thing, but all to often attention shifts from the original goal of providing a good customer based service.    
 All of our technicians are professionally trained and continually attending manufacture yearly training events. Each technician has also passed manufacture drug test requirements and back ground checks.

We choose to work in this industry because we Love working with people and helping them with there appliance problems.

Hello, My name is Dean Spencer.
Over the last 24 years I have work for a good number of large companies here in Portland metro area. I've had some great learning experiences through the years. The most important lesson I've learned is treat others as you would like to be treated.

Advanced Appliance Solutions Inc was created to provide a better service experience for the lowest price available. We charge a flat rate service fee, no hidden cost.
I have also created what we call our 5 star service plan, we make sure all your appliances are healthy before we leave your home.
