Hello my name is Joe Bertolucci, owner of Affordable Heating and Air Inc.  I began the company here in Sacramento back in 1990.  I had just gotten out of the Air Force and had tried employment with other heating and air companies.  I always felt a sense of disappointment however because the service managers always put profit ahead of the customer's needs.  The major complaint about me?  I was "too honest" with the customers.  Wanting to create a company that put the customer first I began Affordable Heating and Air from the family station wagon and didn't look back.  Today we have a great reputation with our customers, the California State Licensing Board, the Better Business Bureau and the Metro Chamber of Commerce.  I began this business with the Golden Rule of "doing to others as I would have them do to me" and still hold firmly that point of view.  At Affordable Heating and Air we want to get to know you, the customer.  Give a shot, you won't be disappointed.  Thanks for your time.

Born in Folsom Ca. in 1963, My family moved to Petersburg Alaska in 1971.  While growing up in Alaska we settled in Anchorage, Barrow, Alyeska and  Nome where I graduated High school.  From there I joined the Air Force in 1981 under Ronald Regan and learned the trade that I now continue with as a business.  During the time between 1981 and now I have had and continue to have a great marriage of 23 years and helped with the raising of four children who are all doing very well as productive individuals.  As of now my plans are to continue building the business creating good will in the community and an environment that my employee's can prosper in for years to come.  I hope to meet you soon.
