History

Established in 1998.

After working for many years repairing appliances with a partner in Santa Clarita California,  I decided to break away and start my own business.   In 1998, my wife and I started B&D Appliance(Bob & Donna) in Palmdale, California.  I wanted to keep my overhead down so that I could charge less than those other companies.  We are a family business working from our home which cuts the overhead WAY-DOWN.  I never take out full-page ads in the phone book.(costly)  I created and built my own web-site.(saves money)  And I pass this savings onto my customers.  Fast, Friendly, & Professional Service for a VERY fair price.  I take pride in knowing that my customers are Happy with my service &  will call me the next time they have a problem with their appliances.  Customers I helped in 1998 are still calling me today.  I learned early on that if you treat people the same way you want to be treated, they will call you back the next time and tell their friends.    -Bob Meadows  Owner/Technician

I began repairing appliances in 1980 in the city of Santa Clarita, CA.  We moved to Palmdale, CA in 1983 and started expanding service to the Antelope Valley.  In 1998, my wife and I started B&D Appliance Repair Service.  I believe that if you always give fast & friendly service, if you charge a fair price, if you go beyond what is expected of you, if you back up your work  and basically if you do what's right for the customer, you'll have a successfull business with repeat customers and referrals.  It's called "Karma".  It's how we've built our business and how we've trained our son Jeff, who's become an excellent appliance technician and an honest man. We are a family-owned small local business that believes in "Customer Service".  We always stand behind our work and we never leave a customer unhappy.  It's important to us that our customers know they can trust us.
