History

Established in 1995.

Ben Franklin Plumbing in Lake and Mendocino Counties was started by Stan Kincannon as in independent plumbing company named Super Rooter in 1995.  Over the years Stan discovered the benefits of a Franchise through Straightforward Pricing, On-time guarantees, Exceptional Service Warranties and Consistent Customer Feedback so he  became a part of the Clockwork Home Services group as a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Franchise in 2006.

Stan Kincannon was born and raised on the plains of Northeastern Montana (brrr) and moved to the Bay Area in 1981 to attend college where he graduated Cum Laude from John F. Kennedy University with a bachelor's degree in Holistic Health in 1983. He continued his education in the health field with a Master's Certificate from the Institute of Experiential Therapy. Stan is married with two grown children.

Stan began his plumbing career in the fall of 1988 working for a Plumbing Wholesale Distributor in San Francisco. He entered the service and repair side of the industry when he moved to Lake County in 1992. He started in business in 1995 and currently holds licenses for California General Contracting (B), Plumbing (C36) and Sanitation Systems (C42). He is a certified installer for Rinnai tankless water heaters, Wirsbo Aquapex and has attended water heater sizing school through AO Smith company, is certified in water treatment through ProSystems water treatment.
