Established in 2000.

We have more than 10 members of our family in our business combining for over 80 years of experience in appliance service. We provide service for most makes and models of refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens. This is something that really gives us an advantage over other businesses in terms of expertise. Whereas many other companies have a constant flow of employees coming and going- with none truly specializing in one particular area- our employees are raised on repair knowledge and keep passing it along. Business Owner

My name is Lourie. I grew up in a large family, one of six boys and six girls. After getting married, I diligently worked in the family business. I divorced a number of years later, but I didn't give up on having a bright future. I moved to Brookylyn where my son resided, and using the skills I had acquired, started my own appliance repair company.

Giving back to the community was always a big priority for me. I wanted to do something for the people around me, so I set a remarkably low service call for one of my technicians to come out. Even more remarkable is that this price has not changed in the seventeen years I have had my business.

I believe that kindness and generosity are just a few of many reasons why our company is flourishing. While I started off with just one technician, today I have ten. I am continuing to build my career and am happier than ever before. Brooklyn was the perfect place for me to begin anew - it will forever be my real home.
