History

Established in 1987.

We are a small family-owned business in the heart of Park Slope. The business originally started in Bay Ridge in 1987 and had 4 locations. My twin brother and I, started working as flyer delivery boys from age 11 for our uncle and his partner (a family friend) for the same business we now own . At the age of 15 my brother and I started working inside the stores as salesmen, in 2 of the 4 locations the (then) owners of the business had. We decided to go to night school so we could work full time and support ourselves. We continued to work at the store until  the age of 17, when we purchased the business (in 1993) from our uncle and his partner (not exactly a mom and pop business, but a true family business) . We  added air conditioners, air purifiers, small appliances and a carpet & upholstery cleaning service to our "bread and butter" core business of vacuums and sewing machines. Extreme knowledge of our products and competitive pricing is how we are able to stay in business this long
