About the Business

Our service call/diagnostic fee is $60.00 per appliance. It is $85.00 per appliance for Full Size Stacked Washer/Dryer Units (these can be separated), Built-In Wall Ovens, wine coolers, and refrigerators. We do not charge hourly for service, but on a "per job" basis. After the initial diagnosis is performed, the technician will provide you with the explanation of the repair and the total job estimate/quote for your approval. If you decide to complete the repair, the service call fee will be included in your total job estimate/quote and is not in addition to it. If you decide you do not want to proceed with the repair, then you only pay the service call/diagnostic fee. The total job quote is only valid for 30 days, if you change your mind within 30 days, we will still credit the fee that you already paid towards the cost of the repair.
