Diamond Sharp specializes in custom sharpening, service, and sales of knives and blade-containing parts and equipment for both food service professionals and home chefs.  We offer walk-in hand sharpening of cutlery and repair of food processing equipment including Kitchen-aid Mixers.  We also offer warranty repairs for numerous commercial equipment lines including Globe Slicers, Kitchenaid Mixers, Robot Coupe Food Processors, and Minipack Vacuum Packaging Equipment.

Diamond Sharp is a family-owned and operated business which has been providing custom sharpening and equipment repair throughout California since 1987.  Diamond Sharp also provides cutlery exchange services to thousands of restaurants, grocery stores, food manufacturers, universities, hospitals, caterers, etc. every one to two weeks throughout the United States.
