History

Established in 2014.

I've worked for a number of large appliance companies over the last few years and felt the system was unfair to the consumer. The customer always paid excessively because large companies have massive overhead, staff and owners. In addition the customer was not receiving ideal service and largely were unhappy by the treatment and rampant dishonesty and shoddy work in the industry. I established this company to be able to provide the best service possible at real world rates. I care about each customer and strive to establish trust  and a relationship with anybody I help. That's what sets me apart from the competitors. I'm here to help.

I worked for the City of Los Angeles, large and small appliance companies. I was a customer service specialist for years and this reflects in my approach to my business. My philosophy is that outstanding work and customer service are priority number one. My focus is to repair any problem and/ or give an honest assessment of the situation.
