History

Established in 2005.

I started with a repair company, then worked for a refurbisher that takes commercial equipment out of large chain gyms, rebuilds and repaints it and sells it to smaller gyms.

The technicians I use I met in this industry, so they're not just some dude with a toolbox like some other so-called "treadmill repairmen".

We truly enjoy helping people and fixing their equipment so they can stay healthy, whether it's the cheapest treadmill in a poor neighborhood or Nancy Reagan (one my favorite service calls for many reasons).

I am a super geeky tech-head who watches Nikola Tesla documentaries for fun, I've worked on every kind of treadmill and exercise equipment there is, including the treadmills of the rich and powerful, including Nancy Reagan, Rance Howard, Nicole Kidman, Christina Aguilera, and many, many more.

I've made an android treadmill diagnostic app for smartphones now used to train treadmill repairmen.

Most recently I helped make a giant "grass belt" treadmill seen in the Toro Lawnmower commercial.

My company has, through competition, forced other service companies to call the customer with their ETA (we have ALWAYS called 30 minutes ahead of time so people aren't stuck at home for hours waiting for us since we can't see the future, predict traffic problems, etc.).

I'd say the biggest reason to call us is because we treat you like we'd want to be treated as the customer.

Some people will also appreciate being able to brag that they've got the same treadmill service as Nancy Reagan... ;-)
