History

Established in 2014.

After hearing so many bad experiences from family, friends, and others I decided to start my appliance repair business.  My philosophy is that by using basic, time honored principles that focus on "customer service" and fair pricing, I can create a "win-win" scenario for both the customer and me. My company is a relative "new comer" to this industry, but I'm not new to the repair world or the idea of great service.  No person or business is perfect, but I go out of my way to make things right. The cliché' we've all heard "they don't make them like they used to" unfortunately applies to many things including appliances.  I hope your appliances remain reliable but, the reality is that you will probably need the services I provide at some point.  Often it's more cost effective to repair instead of replacing your major appliance - Give me a chance to save you money!

I'm a US Navy veteran with over 30 years' experience in electronics repair.  Although I'm originally from New Jersey, I currently reside in Virginia Beach and have so for over 25 years. I've been married for over 26 years with a son and daughter. My skill set is varied with experience in electronics, retail, sales, and owning a Field Services business providing audits/inspections for a number of industries including:  mortgage and finance, insurance, pharmaceutical, public schools, credit reporting companies, and many more. I'm very goal oriented and ready for the challenges of providing great service.
