Many times a situations come where a beautiful landscape and suddenly one of your bury utilities burst and there things in the ground you cannot move or are expensive to replace such as a new asphalt or concrete driveway, or a big or protected tree in the front yard, a pool or creek crossing your yard.

What makes our company unique is the pre-con meetings we constantly pursue with inspectors and/or customers to ensure the job will be properly made and without any future problems.

Our pre-con meeting consist in using state of the art line locating equipment to ensure no other utility will be damage. Also we use sewer video cameras before and during the process of the work is being done in case sewer lines are close to other utilities. We constantly inform the customer is there is an issue that could arrive so they can make smart and money saving decisions.

Septic abatement are also another of our specialized work. We emphasize to educate customers before they will decide to proceed to replace your septic system and connect your sewer line to main city system.

History

Established in 2014.

The company started this year, however the owner's experience goes back to 2002 when the new ideas about great customer service and underground installation methods have been implemented since then. Underground management was our first experience then installation and customer service has followed ever since.

Business Owner

Freddy started in the underground plumbing business on February 6th 2002, the day his daughter was born. He started as a plumbing manager but previously had experience in management since 1995. From this point his underground knowledge in sales, customer service and product installation has made him a very competitive and experience technician.
