My name is Michael, and I am the one who will be coming out to do service on your appliance.  I am honest, reliable and always try to do my best for my customers.  Yes, sometimes I get really busy and run a bit late on the schedule, that is due to me being the only technician, and also all depending on the job I run into and of course the traffic on the roads.  Please give me a try and I guarantee you wont regret it.
