General Service call $40 (all appliances not listed below) (waived with repair)
LG and Samsung service calls $85 (waived with repair)
Microwaves (all brands) $50 (all brands other than Samsung or LG)
Dishwashers (all brands) $75 (all brands other than Samsung or LG)
Built in refrigerators $85 (waived with repair)

After working for several appliance companies, unhappy with their level of customer service and attention to detail, we decided to branch off and start our own company.  We are a family owned and operated company and we strive to make our customers feel like they're a part of our family.  

We understand sometimes appliances fail at the most inopportune time and we will always do our best to show up when you need us the most and fix it right the first time.  Every customer is important to us, no matter how big or small the job is.  We want you to walk away happy and satisfied with our level of service!

Like a lot of business owners, I started off working for other companies.  I learned a lot from my experience with these companies, what I wanted to do and what I didn't want to do.  One of the most important things I wanted to do when I started my own company was to be honest, fair and treat my customers like they matter, because they do!  I know that without my customers, I am nothing.  I will always show up when I say I will, or call if you a problem arises.  I stand behind my work and will take the time to diagnose the problem, and I will always treat my customers fairly.
