Business Owner

James was initially with a larger company and through his experience realized that he wanted to maintain his quality and work ethic in every job, eventually leading to transitioning to starting Knapp's Service & Appliance Repair. Now being a part of every repair process, Knapp's is able to bring the customer service back to the customer with fair and reasonable pricing. Taking great pride in what he does, he looks forward to providing the service you need when you need it the most.

James brings you twelve years of experience repairing appliances. He was the lead technician for a major appliance company in the Portland area for 10 years, when he decided to open up his own appliance repair company.
