History

Established in 1969.

Mike's Air Conditioning started as a husband and wife team and continues to operate that way.  Mike and Elaine created a used air conditioning business back in 1969 providing air conditioning needs to residents in primarily in Brooklyn.  Today, husband and wife team Howard and Natalie, niece to Mike and Elaine operate the business with the same old school philosophy; satisfy the customer.  Howard and Natalie have been servicing customers in the NYC area for over 15 years and believe that customer satisfaction is the number 1 priority.  Often times trucks will stay out till all hours of the night in order to make sure people have their a/c needs met.  In addition to air conditioning services, Howard and Natalie offer air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaing, PTAC unit installs and services as well as split systems.  Mike's air conditioning continually strives to offer the best possible service to all it's customers.

Howard Lupowitz has been working in family owned and operated businesses his whole life.  He knows what it takes to be successful in today's economic environment.  Howard strives to make sure that customer needs are satisfied and always guides them in the right direction.  HIs employees at Mike's Air Conditioning refer to him as the GURU of air conditioing.  Howard has owned and operated Mike's Air Conditioning for over 15 years, keeping the 40 year old company thriving.  Howards philosophy is to provide the customer with the best, clean, professional service possible.  Howard always insists on servicing the customer with the correct a/c application to suit their needs.  Howard will not stop until the day is done!  Howard grew up in Brooklyn before migrating to New Jersey in his senior year of H.S.  After meeting his wife he moved back to Brookyn to take over Mike's Air Conditioning.  He resides in Long Island with his wife and 2 children.
