Mark has been a business owner for 22 years, starting the Mr. Appliance business in 2014. During those 22 years it was always in the role of sales management, with a clear understanding that no business survives without  happy customers. Because we are a young company we are anxious to grow, and we know that pleasing customers is the first step.
