Our service call charge is waived with repair. Our technicians will always diagnose the correct problem and never include unnecessary repair parts in the cost of the repair. Lana Ross has a broad knowledge of appliances, a keen sense for details and a good listening ear for our customers.

Prior to establishing another successful appliance repair business with Steve Miles, in 2003, Lana worked in property management for over 5 years, overseeing all the details of large apartment communities. She's applied many of the same skills to helping our customers. Lana is genuinely concerned for their peace of mind and has the experience to help solve their appliance problems. Moving from Los Angeles office now Lana is managing Long Beach, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Garden Grove, Torrance, Orange, Fullerton, Mission Viejo, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach locations.
