I started Premium Appliance Repair Company after working for other repair companies for over 17 years.  My motivator was that most of the companies failed with their customer service and customer retention.  Working for employers who only cared about money was draining and un-fulfilling.

After a long talk with my wife and partner, I decided to build a company that concentrates on customer services.  Since starting Premium Appliance Repair we have services over 5000 homes in and around Chicago.  
Currently our reputation online has been near perfect and out BBB rating is an A.
We are very grateful for our success and look forward to growing in the years to come.
