History

Established in 2005.

Randy and Chanel Vilfroy have many years of experience in the plumbing and sewer world.  Coming from various "rooter" type service companies where overcharging, qualified technicians, and loyalty were not top priority, we decided to venture out to become a licensed Contractor with the State of California hoping to change some of the misconceptions of a typical plumbing and/or sewer company.

We have only been a referral-based business. We strive to have customers tell their story to their family, neighbors, and friends hoping to have a new member join us often. We service the entire spectrum of customers whether that be residential, commercial, or property management companies. We truly enjoy our customers and proposing lasting relationships with them is a priority for us.

We donate to various fundraising groups, schools, including National Nights Out for our community in San Jose.

Business Owner

Randy Vilfroy has been in the plumbing and sewer field for 16 years working for various companies gaining technical experience which lead him to opening up his own business in 2005. He has had extensive technical and safety training.

He grew up in Campbell, CA where he attended Westmont High School. Achievements include 10 years of swimming. Today, his leisure activities including golfing and an occiasional poker game!

Chanel Vilfroy began working in the plumbing and sewer world at the age of 18 years old. She grew up with basic knowledge of plumbing due to her fathers career in this field that spans over 30 years. The span of knowledge branched as she went into management and running her parents plumbing and sewer business.

She grew up in San Jose graduating from Santa Teresa High School. In recent years, she held board positions for schools and earned a Community Involvement Award from the Oak Grove School  District. Liesure today includes scrapbooking and photography.
