Different levels of sewing and quilting classes in a private classroom allowing you to focus and enjoy your classes. We have thousands of bolts of fabrics to choose from. We even have a large longarm quilter (up to King Size) that you can rent by the hour.
Expert Repairs for all makes and models with Free Estimates;  comes with  1-year warranty.
We're about Good Old Fashion Service at the Lowest Prices. We're there for our customers when other stores are closed; with a Hotline 7 days a week till 11pm to help you with your machine questions. Our history goes back 86 years; we're the 3rd generation in our family business.
History
Established in 1973.
Leon Fells, born in Poland, arrived in the U.S. in 1911. He married, raised 5 children, and started a business that sold and repaired industrial sewing machines. He was known for his old-world pride, quality work, and customer care.
One of his children, Susie, was only 16 when she started helping him in the business. As years passed, she helped in the business's daily operations and eventually became an expert mechanic.
In 1973, Susie opened her own sewing machine business in Woodhaven, New York. The business specialized in the sale and repair of all makes of sewing machines.
She emphasized quality service, eventually making Woodhaven Sewing the "friendly store." Now, as the owner of Sewtime Sewing Center, she's actively involved in the community. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and her community earned her a Janome Award of Excellence and a Presidents Award from Pfaff.

As the owner of Sewtime Creative Sewing Center, Susie believes in quality service - from making sure you purchase the right machine to offering support and advice on all kinds of sewing-related questions... Need help with your sewing machines, computer, software? John and Susie are there for you via phone support until 11:00 pm every night!
Her staff members are on the cutting edge of sewing technology, and no other sewing machine dealer offers customer service like Sewtime.
