$120.00/ Year Preventative Maintenance Agreement:
Includes: checking the condensing coils, checking motor amps, oiling the fan motors, checking that belts are well adjusted, and checking the system operating pressures & temperatures against the manufacturers' specifications. One of the most important items to check is the refrigerant level in the air conditioner. 80% of systems are improperly charged resulting in higher power bills and inefficient systems.
