History

Established in 2005.

After working for Sears,  of the nations largest appliance repair companies, I decided to open the appliance repair specialist. I am whats referred to as a one man show. I answer the phones, schedule the calls, and I will be the one to come out to your house and repair your machine. For some people, that is an alternative that they are looking for rather than a bigger company in which customer service levels have fallen and they could be lost in the shuffle. I have been in business for ten years now. I warranty my work on most calls for 1 year. Samsung, lg, and frigidaire are only 90 days due to their manufacture warranty.

My background as its related to appliance repair.
Residential electrician for 10 years as well as a computer science major. As you know all appliances nowadays are becoming more computer orientated. My background allows me to quickly diagnose and repair todays modern appliances. I have taken and continue to attend all major brand names factory training classes to stay current with all new appliance models and technology.
