Our services are backed by our 90 day guarantee. When you call us we will try to help diagnose your problem over the phone if possible, if further diagnosing is required an appointment is scheduled for a tech to come out within 2-3 business days depending on availability. We charge a FLAT RATE for labor and trip  that is explained to you before setting up your appointment so you know exactly what to expect. NO HIDDEN FEES only honest, quality work. Once you have been diagnosed, you may select to have your machine repaired or not, our technician will provide you with a thorough explanation of how the problem occurred and how to prevent future problems.
